George Abrams and Susan Wild were married March 9, 1968, at St. John's United Church of Christ in Monroe. The couple lives in Monroe and will be celebrating their 50th anniversary with a private celebration.
They have two sons: Charles Abrams of Denver, Colorado, and Chad Abrams, Zephyrhills, Florida. They have three grandsons: Nicholas Abrams, Zephyrhills; Eric Abrams, Rochester, New York; and Andrew Cundiff, Indianapolis, Indiana; and one great-granddaughter, Hadley Cundiff, Indianapolis.
