Allen and Carol Schneider, Brodhead, will observe their 40th wedding anniversary on Nov. 29. They will celebrate with a party from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18, at the Redbird Family Restaurant in Brodhead.

Schneider and Carol Schulz were married in 1969 at the Brodhead United Methodist Church. Best man was Bill Knight and Shirley Schulz was the maid of honor.
The couple have resided in the Brodhead area since 1969 except for three years living and working in Germany. They have traveled extensively in North America, Europe, and Mexico for work assignments. Al recently retired after 37 years with Woodbridge Corporation.
In November, the couple will be celebrating with a trip to Florida and Aruba.
