Paul and Alice Bredeson, Darlington, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12 at Bridges Restaurant (Super 8) in Darlington. Everyone is welcome.

Bredeson and Alice Thoman were married Sept. 4, 1960, at the Zwingli United Church of Christ in Monticello.

They have two children, Lisa (Kim) Trumble and Scott (Heidi) Bredeson, three grandsons, two step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
