MONROE - The "Angels in Action" dinner, sponsored by Stateline Women's Connection and Stonecroft Ministries, will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 12 in Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion, 1417 Mansion Drive.
The cost is $12 for dinner, tax, tip and program. Men are also invited to attend the dinner.
The dinner will feature Scott Gottschalk, who will talk about "Is There a Book Within You?" Gottschalk, of Kimball, Minn., will share a 15 minute presentation on the aspects of writing and publishing a book.
The O'Leary Family will provide the music.
Gottschalk will also speak on "Are Angels for Real?," a story of the deliverance of a family from near death. Gottschalk is an adventure seeker who loves riding motorcycles and has done so through 50 states and throughout Mexico and Canada.
