Albany to show student work

ALBANY - The accomplishments of Albany Middle School students will be on display during a Showcase Night on April 22.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. with students in grade five presenting their poetry in the high school gym. From 6:30 to 8 p.m., various student projects will be on display from the entire middle school located outside of the gym area.

Students in grades five and six will be exhibiting abstract artwork demonstrating motion. Seventh and eighth grade will be showcasing projects from different Project Time units. These projects will be based around the themes of solar energy, the roaring 20s, digital citizenship and literature circles.
