Albany offers summer school enrichment camps

ALBANY - Albany Schools is offering several options for summer camp. For kindergarten through 11th grades, summer camp options will be from 8 to 11:45 a.m. Monday through Thursday June 12-29 at Albany School.

Camp 4K will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Aug. 21-25 in the Albany Elementary School 4K classroom. Students can become familiar with the teacher and the classroom and will make crafts, read stories and have fun as they prepare to start 4-year-old kindergarten.

Camp Kindergarten will be held daily from 9 to 11 a.m. Aug. 21-25 in the Albany Elementary School kindergarten classrooms. This is an opportunity for children to become familiar with the teacher and the classroom. Students will make crafts, read stories and have fun as they get set to start kindergarten.

Camp Kindergarten and Camp 4-K both cost $3, to pay for supplies and snacks. Registration forms are on the Albany School website (in the summer school booklet) or one may stop in the district office to register.
