BRODHEAD - Applied Ecological Services Inc., a broad-based ecological consulting company in Brodhead announces a restructuring of the company's Board of Directors. The structure created with these changes is in keeping with the structures used by other successful businesses to manage their companies. The changes also recognize the leadership and contributions of key individuals and set the structure for including future leaders in management of the business.
The changes are as follows:
Steve Apfelbaum, previously president, will now carry the title of chairman of the company.
Carl Korfmacher, previously general manager, has accepted the position of president and treasurer.
Mark O'Leary, previously manager of the Consulting Division, has accepted the position of vice president, Consulting, and has joined the Board of Directors.
Troy Anderson, previously manager of the Contracting Division, has accepted the position of vice president, Contracting, and has joined the Board of Directors.
Corrine Daniels, previously manager of Nursery Operations, has accepted the position of secretary and vice president, Nursery Operations, and has joined the Board of Directors.
John Larson has been named Board Member Emeritus.
