Shannon Monte, Orangeville, graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a Master Degree of Social Work, on Aug. 8. Monte, the daughter of Steve and Kathy Monte, Orangeville, is a 2010 graduate of Carthage College, Kenosha, and a 2006 graduate of Orangeville High School. She is employed as a youth worker by Professional Services Group, Racine.
