MONROE - Justin Jonathan Brunner, Monroe, was recently inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society through the University of Wisconsin-Rock County's Beta Mu Chi Chapter. Phi Theta Kappa serves to recognize and encourage the academic achievement of two-year college students and provides opportunities for individual growth and development through honors, leadership and service programming.
