MENOMONIE - The University of Wisconsin-Stout announced the recipients of the Chancellor's Award for the spring 2012 semester.
The award is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.
Area students named were: Matthew Duerst, Monticello, who is majoring in entertainment design; Emily Grossen, Monroe, who is majoring in special education; Jaimie Pierson, Brodhead, who is majoring in golf enterprise management; and Brooke Zimmerman, Browntown, who is majoring in human development and family studies.
