FAYETTE, Iowa - Mary Wiese was awarded the Lucille Dickman Scholarship at Upper Iowa University.

Upper Iowa University recently held its 28th annual Scholarships and Awards Recognition Banquet and awarded 116 scholarships to students across the University. Recipients were selected by the UIU Honors and Awards Committee and the university's academic divisions.
