SOUTH WAYNE — With a quota of 33 pints, the Red Cross South Wayne Community Blood Drive netted 30 pints on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021 at St. John’s Catholic Church in South Wayne. There were 30 presenting donors with five deferrals and six giving doubles.
Bob Schlittler was a first-time donor. There were no gallon milestones met. Giving doubles were Ronald Bauman, Kerry Schultz, Jason March, Jeffrey Blum, Todd Tullis, and Mary Goonan.
Other donors were Carl Anderson, Karen Anderson, Helen Ladow, Sue Gerloff, Carlyn Klotzbach, Debra Larson, Jacky Boss, Patti Anderson, Jill Meier, LaVonne Liphart, Jessica Spinhirme. Constance Meier, Richard Fernstaedt, Lynn Schultz, Henry Seffrood, Marlene Rygh, Ethan Towne, Tracy Towne, Kaci Nall, Herbert Tornow, Margaret Miller, Rebecca Good, and Michel White.
Due to COVID-19 there was no Canteen. Helping was Connie Meier. The next Drive at St. John’s is November 3, 2021.
