My thoughts on immigration...

Get troops from Germany and Japan back to the United States and put one soldier with one border patrol agent. Need more transportation? Use Army Jeeps, etc. Then give at a small cost a green card if they are employed, make them get a drivers license, insurance, learn the English. Pay half wages in script that have to be used in the U.S. That way only half of $13 billion in wages gets sent back to Mexico. We used script money when I was overseas as they send all the (now) wages back to Mexico, then get food stamps, medical etc. Then deport any that don't have a job. Two years in the military and an honorable discharge, then could be a U.S. citizen; also, could put those who don't have a job in military. When we bring troops back to U.S., the jobs around an Army camp increase and most of all the money stays in the U.S. This is some of the things that need to be done to keep money from leaving the U.S. and as for jobs, state and federal contracts should only use U.S. people and products and federal government should stop paying for U.S. companies to go overseas. If some person or company needs workers, then use a lottery system at the border.
