Monroe Arts Center Holiday Silent Auction Committee Board Liaison
A big thank you to everyone involved in this year's Monroe Arts Center 2010 Holiday Silent Auction. Many thanks to the generous donors of hundreds of items and to the bidders who took time out of their busy schedules to help support the Art Center's holiday fundraiser.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to the committee of Eunice Brennan, Brandi Camron, Louise Christensen, Kathy Dreikosen, Rosemary Forcade, Audrey Hein, Vicki Ingwell, Lynn Lokken, Gary Neuenschwander, Mary K. Schmid, Melisa Schmidt-Kjerstad and Kris Winkler; through their hard work and dedication this group shows what can be accomplished when we all work together. Many other volunteers help with making the auction a success and are truly appreciated. The auction has been a tradition for 14 years and raises money to help maintain our beautiful building and continue bringing the "Arts" to our community.
A beautiful Christmas Concert presented by the youth choir from the Monroe Theatre Guild, under the direction of Cindy Blanc was enjoyed on the last evening of the auction bidding. We are blessed with all the wonderful talent from our community and their willingness to share it.
A special note of thanks goes to the staff of the Monroe Arts Center for their behind-the-scenes support of the auction and the many programs that MAC has throughout the year. Please take the time to see what the Monroe Arts Center has to offer and enjoy what we have right here in our own community.
