To the editor:
Thank you to everyone voting for Gov. Walker on June 5, as I intend to do. Also, shame on those malcontents who are forcing yet another financial burden upon Wisconsin taxpayers with this recall election.
The Capitol demonstrators and the bug-out Democratic legislators notwithstanding, Gov. Walker's policy is bearing fruit as demonstrated by the $800,000 savings realized by the Monroe school district.
Gov. Walker deserves to finish his duly-elected four-year term of office. Please ask yourself - if the tax-and-spend Democrats get back into power, give all the benefits and power back to the unions and undo all the Republican political reforms, how are they going to balance the budget?
