Its in-house analysis showed Wisconsin well-positioned to meet the challenge posed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's "Clean Power Plan." "EPA's proposal is a practical, reasonable and achievable step toward healthier air and a higher quality of life in Wisconsin," said Keith Reopelle, the group's senior policy director.
