Look at info about Romney, Bain Capital

To the editor:

President Obama mentioned this in his debate with Mitt Romney, as well as in his ads about how Mr. Romney ran Bain Capital. President Obama said Mr. Romney was moving jobs overseas.

Now, if you want to check up and see if he was and to make sure if the fact-checkers are doing the job like they should be doing, all you have to do is type in the following question on the web: "Anything new with Bain Capital?" I came up with the following reply on discussanything.com: "Bain Capital Moving Jobs From Freeport, Ill. to China On the Day Before The Election." The story I quote: "The day before this year's election, good old Bain Capital (remember them?) are closing a plant in Freeport, Ill. and shipping the jobs to China, where they'll pay the workers 99 cent an hour."

That's why, since most people don't know what a private equity firm does, this explains it but the mainstream media should have discussed this much earlier than what The Journal Standard of Freeport, Ill. reported on last week.

Why do you think Mitt Romney would be telling the truth about creating more jobs when his moving them offshore or balancing the budget when he wants to give billionaires tax breaks or improve a banking system when he wants to get rid of the Dodd-Frank Bill?

That's why I'm voting for Barack Obama for president, Tammy Baldwin for U.S. Senate, Mark Pocan for U.S. House of Representatives and Maureen May-Grimm for Wisconsin State Assembly.
