Why did our president think he is representing us when he laid out the RED CARPET to welcome the horrible criminal leader of Russia, Vladimir Putin? Did Putin flash a winning smile once he saw the red carpet usually put out for leaders we wish to honor. When Putin stepped off his plane there should have been NO red carpet. Putin is a known killer and it is about time we accuse him of attacking Ukraine which is what he did and bombed several in huge department stores with hundreds of women and children in there.
Why would such a purposeful killer be given the RED CARPET in Alaska? I did not see any talk about Ukraine with the United States telling Putin it is time to consider ending this war. Trump said nothing.
Ukraine is to defend itself. We are all seeing our president is not very bright and always responds with a smile when told how great he is. The entire short meeting was disgusting in how we let Putin speak first. I guess President Trump thinks he has all of us in love with him when more and more Americans find him disgusting and weak.
How many Americans have noticed Trump has the U.S. now similar to Russia with him as top leader and all the super rich around him just like it is in Russia. The poor in Russia are kept poor and Trump’s taking so many needed programs away in a year and millions of us will live just as the lower class in Russia lives. Were we not warned 6 months ago Trump promised we would be left in a country so destroyed that it cannot be fixed?
Stop listening to Trump. I think we have a new leader, Mark Kelly, who sent me some paperwork that said “I am ready to fight like hell!!” He sounds very good. He was an astronaut and we all know the bravery that takes. He is married to Gabby Gifford who also is quite brave. She was a member of the House of Representatives, and while meeting constituents at a grocery store in Arizona was shot in the head during a mass shooting. She survived and has gone on to fight for gun legislation. Both persons make very good leaders.
