To the Editor:

Our beautiful country is in one of the most dangerous times since the civil war. We have thousands of people in America who have forgotten the blessings of having Democracy for our government.

With democracy we decide who we want for our president and we live under laws that we decided would protect us and provide us fairness and protection. We have people we voted for in the Senate and the Congress who make decisions based on the majority VOTE. 

Unfortunately this country has a man who wishes to do away with all these protections under the law by naming himself dictator. He is bragging about it. He is also quite the liar.

When he first ran for president against Joe Biden he lost by seven million votes. He was very upset and when his friend and one time lawyer said to him, “Just say ‘I won.’” They both were liars. So casually could they lie. 

Of course I am referring to Donald Trump and lawyer, Rudy Guiliani. Mr. Trump has many years in his business background where he lied. He was found guilty of that in a New York courtroom last year.

MAGA supporters of Trump, did you know that it was President Ronald Reagan who first said “Make America Great Again” and not Donald Trump. 

The only original promises I hear Mr. Trump making are he will punish his enemies.  That will likely include his critics. There goes the protection of the First Amendment. And please remember a Gag order is given when he threatened people. He breaks a lot of laws. And he uses words to threaten and some unfortunate followers carry out his threat. Like a mob boss he never does the dirty work. 

For those who find Mr. Trump interesting and a wow just remember that after he is elected his real self will appear and you will be shocked, appalled and angry at him and at yourself. Why would you ever vote for a man who talks like Hitler? Remember him?

With Trump we may have a Swastika flying over the White House. No kidding!
