To the Editor:

Matt Sheaffer is a dedicated, knowledgeable and  excellent choice for Monroe City Council.

I’ve known Matt since 2014 as my Vice President, and then President,  of South Central Wisconsin Farmers Union. After selling his farm and moving to Monroe, Matt has been involved in public service by attending county and city meetings, researching impacts of local decisions on health, education, environment, land use and rural economy.  He listens, researches and always tries to bridge ideological differences.

I heartily endorse Matt Sheaffer to be a focused and dependable City Council member.
