To the Editor:

The Colonel Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) met on April 13th at The Corner Pub and Deli in Argyle for lunch, a meeting and to reconnect with each other after the past pandemic year. 

We had a short meeting and we were happy to meet and welcome a new member to our group. We also have a new chairperson for our Good Citizen Scholarship program which we hope to sponsor again next year. Due to the Covid Pandemic we were not able to have it this year. And we made plans to do some preservation work at the Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe. 

Our next quarterly meeting is scheduled for July 10th with a Chapter Outing planned.
