To the Editor:
It is hard, for me, to figure out if democrats, either in the general public or congress, are American or loyal to the criminals and other countries. For democratic governors and mayors to fight for the criminals in Washington DC or Illinois is lunacy. We had gone 12 days without even a murder which is a record for DC. Crime is down and the left is going crazy because of it. Why would anyone be distraught when these big cities see a decrease in crime and murders??? Chicago should be next. Local citizens want a safe area in which to live and raise a family. Nobody should have to live where they can’t play in their yard or take their children for a walk to their local park. Pritzker and Johnson should insist they get help to stop crime in Chicago. Pritzker and Johnson don’t worry about crime because they are surrounded by their security guards. They don’t go into the crime ridden areas of Chicago.
When you ignore a small crime, it will only get bigger. When you allow shoplifting to a small dollar limit, shoplifters will go for bigger dollar amounts. When a person can kill another and get out on bail they will do it again. If you want to stop crime, there has to be strict and severe penalties. If the penalties are strict enough the criminal will think twice about committing the crime in the first place.
Every time there is a mass shooting the left wants to ban guns. **Many of the mass shootings have been done by misguided transgenders, unhappy with what they had done to their bodies. It’s not the guns it’s the fault of the leftists that are brainwashing our impressionable youth to think they are trans.
We can be so thankful that we live in Monroe where crime is low and our fellow citizens tend to use common sense, for the most part. Although there are a few in this area that like to be gaslighted into the left thinking. Some people just believe everything the democrat news media feeds them. I wish these people would open their eyes and mind to learn what is reality. Corruption is in plain sight and some, on the left, are blind to it. Open up your eyes and mind.
