To the Residents of the Town of New Glarus,

I am writing to express my strong support for Drew Delforge for Town of New Glarus Supervisor, Seat #3, in the April 7, 2026 election.

Drew brings an exceptional combination of leadership experience, professional skills, and a deep commitment to our local community. As a 35-year resident of Green County and a 23-year resident of the Town of New Glarus, he understands the values, priorities, and concerns that matter most to the people who live here.

Throughout his career and community involvement, Drew has demonstrated the kind of leadership our town board needs. His professional background has equipped him with strong skills in communication, financial management, logistics, operations, planning, and personnel management. These are practical abilities that directly translate to effective and responsible local governance.

Equally important is Drew’s commitment to transparency and accountability. Local government works best when residents feel informed, respected, and heard. Drew believes in open communication and making decisions that reflect the interests of the entire community. He is someone who will listen carefully to residents, welcome discussion, and engage respectfully — even when opinions differ.

Drew has also shown his dedication to service through his involvement in local community and church organizations. His leadership extends beyond our town as well. As a past president of the Wisconsin Dental Association, he has demonstrated the ability to lead complex organizations, work with diverse groups, and guide thoughtful decision-making. Those experiences will serve the Town of New Glarus well.

What stands out most about Drew is that he is a solution-driven individual. He approaches issues thoughtfully, focuses on practical outcomes, and works to bring people together to find common ground. Our town benefits when leaders focus on solutions rather than division.

The responsibilities of a town supervisor require sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to the community. Drew Delforge possesses those qualities and will work diligently on behalf of the residents of the Town of New Glarus.
