To the editor:

President Trump loves America and has done great things for us. People say that his is just looking out for himself; WELL, I have never seen another president give up his salary to non-profit organizations, but President Trump HAS! Maybe the liberal media hasn’t reported on that (look at how much money the Clintons and Obamas had prior to government service vs. after; they got rich off their power. Trump’s wealth has gone down.) Trump donated to National Park Service, Department of Education, Department of Veterans Affairs, the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse, to name just a few.

Some don’t think Trump is qualified to be president; yet one of our BEST ever, President Reagan, was an actor. George Washington and others were generals. Trump ran a large successful corporation and knows how to get the best from people. He knows how to guide people and listen to advisors. Our president has made many decisions for the best of the country even though the decision may not put him in the best light for the liberal news media. He is a business person, and doesn’t have 40 years, as a politician, of being [politically correct.] It is a good thing he has a big ego because he needed it in order to put up with all the lies the left threw at him the last three and a half years. Funny how he works for ALL Americans. Even the “Trump haters” are better off because of the Trump administration.

I wouldn’t say we are Republicans; we are independents. We have voted for democrats in the past. We couldn’t possibly vote democratic in this current environment of take our guns, lie at any cost to win and gain power, allowing rioters and looter to raid our businesses. Many of those businesses were locally owned and probably won’t return. The left is ruining our country. It’s funny how the left talks tolerance… as long as you agree with them. I thought conversation and thought were one’s right to possess and express without retribution!!

Do you want to live in a country where the power-hungry politicians are the only ones with guns and have bodyguards, paid for by us, the American taxpayer? Do you want your wealth that YOU worked hard for confiscated and shared with the ones who don’t want to work? Where Christianity is forbidden? Where you have NO RIGHTS? Do you want to live in a country like Cuba or Venezuela?
