To the Editor:

Our constitution and bill of rights are unique in world history because it was the first government type designed to protect the common person from the thumb of the church and the king. Our forefathers knew world history much better than we do. They knew that the first two parts of the subjects labors were taken by the church and the king with the remaining parts keeping them in poverty,

Today, we have the religious right showing their spirituality by telling us how to live our own lives. Also, the Republicans, who consider themselves better than most of us and a type of royalty because of their lust for power and the desire to eat off of china and drink from Crystal, will say and do anything to keep their positions. I feel that at every level of Republicans caucuses their heads would explode if they were made to tell the truth. The only time they do tell the truth is when stating their names.

Because they are directly tied to the religious right, if we keep voting them in, we’ll wake up one day to find ourselves subjects, who are only called citizens.
