Fowdy: Bucher impresses
Letter To The Editor

From Mike Fowdy

Monroe

To the Editor:

Jane Bucher has handled more than 2,300 cases in local circuit courts. More than a number, those cases are about people: brothers, daughters, moms, dads, grandparents and families who come to Jane on what she has described as “often the worst day of their lives.” Jane’s work as an attorney who is in the courtroom everyday has given her an unmatched understanding of our local courts, the criminal justice system, and the issues our County faces. Her proactive involvement in the community, rolling up her sleeves to take a leadership role and get things done, has made Green County a better place. All that makes her the clear, best choice to be our next Judge. Jane will bring her legal background and experience to the bench. She will bring her dedication to public service and her love of Green County. She will bring her proven track record of working in a bi-partisan way to make our courts and community stronger. She will be tough and fair, an unbiased judge who applies the law and who believes in our constitution and the promise of equal justice. The more I have learned about Jane, her career, and her values the more impressed I have become. Please join me in electing this outstanding attorney, community member, mom, wife, and friend to this important job.
