To the Editor:

My name is Kaylie Clark and I’m a student at New Glarus High School. Over the past several months I’ve been running a fundraiser with a $1,000 goal to benefit the Malala Fund, which creates and supports educational systems in impoverished countries; especially for young girls, whose education is too often neglected. I’m 17 years old and will be running the Green Bay Marathon this May for this cause.
