To the editor:
Gov. Walker says challenger Mary Burke is wrong on the wage hike, but in the past when the minimum wage was raised there were more jobs. Look it up. He says she lacks a jobs plan. Wisconsin this past year ranked 37th in job creation so his plan isn't very good.
Now out of state he is running ads trying to steal jobs from neighboring states. We should be working with them to make the whole area more attractive. After all, a lot of Wisconsin residents work in out-of-state jobs or our unemployment would be higher. We are subsiding companies that pay low wages because many of their employees are on the federal food plan.
We need a governor with common sense.
Vote him out of office in fall.
