To the editor:
The Monroe Woman's Club Christmas Stocking would like to thank all those community members who graciously donated to our coat drive. We collected more than 80 children's coats and 45 adult coats. The adult coats were passed on to ADRC at the Pleasant View Complex. We would also like to thank the Monroe Middle School for their participation in the coat collection. Once again, Monroe Cleaners has generously donated their time and resources for cleaning the coats.
We are so grateful to live in a community that gives so freely to this worthy cause.
