From Monroe Parks and Recreation Staff
Marge Klinzing, recreation director; Carol Wyss, recreation supervisor; and Mary Jo Dammen, administrative secretary
To the editor:
The Monroe Parks and Recreation Department would like to give a huge "thank you" to the Monroe High School varsity girls volleyball team and coaches. The 12 varsity girls have given up their afternoons on early release Mondays in September to instruct our youth volleyball players. The varsity players and four JV players are presently coaching the eight youth volleyball teams that are now playing games at the high school on Monday evenings. The knowledge and energy the high school players have brought to this program in invaluable.
