From William Holland Monroe To the editor: Our Constitution is a contract with our fellow citizens. It is not a contract with corporations, who are not even mentioned in the Constitution. The corporate lawyers in this country have weaseled their way into our Constitution, contending that corporations are people, and money is speech.
