From Sue Curran Board of Directors, Loaves and Fishes Monroe To the editor: The board of directors of Loaves and Fishes Community Meal of Green County would like to thank Santos and Maribel Tinoco and other members of Monroe's Latino-American community for planning our menu and preparing our February meal. Tacos, hand-rolled tamales, rice and beans, a fruit salad of apple and guava, and caramel flan were enjoyed by a record crowd. We were entertained by a traditional Mexican dance troupe from Freeport.
