To the editor:
This is a thank you to the person who left a note on my truck on Nov. 11 that said "Sorry for your loss."
This was in response to a memorial that I have on the back window for my son who passed away this year. His dad was a Vietnam veteran and passed away at the age of 28 and my son was 52. But for someone to take a moment out of their day to give me their sympathies is so much appreciated.
My son was one of the "good guys" and I miss him so much. Thank you again for showing me there are still people out there like you.
