Judge David Prosser has been described as a "no-nonsense bipartisan who has strong conservative values and is devoted to the Constitution and the rule of law. He is fair-minded and an honest justice.
A man of integrity who has participated in more than 900 published Supreme Court decisions. He comes with a great deal of judicial experience. In fact he is the only candidate with judicial experience." He is also the only pro-life candidate.
Waukesha county Sheriff Dan Trawicki, Waukesha DA Brad Schimel, and Milwaukee Sheriff David Clark (among others in law enforcement) endorse Judge Prosser.
Remember liberals view constitutions as "living" documents subject to their whims about what they 'feel' is right.
Conservatives interpret constitutions on the basis of what the document actually says.
Kloppenburg claims to have a diverse legal background, however when looking up her history on Wisconsin's court access website, you'll find the majority of her experience is not diverse at all.
In fact, most of what Kloppenburg has done is act on behalf of the state (DNR), suing regular citizens and small businesses for having docks that the state had not approved. In some cases, these docks were approved on a local level.
She vigorously fought against common people and many were fined steep penalties.
Kloppenburg has absolutely no judicial experience.
She has never been a judge in any court and yet she wants the seat in the highest court in Wisconsin?
