Your Nov. 25, 2008, Police Blotter represented that a woman named Tina Marie Disch was arrested on a warrant from Sauk County. Unfortunately, you did not note that the warrant was for a woman named Tina Marie Pratt, who resides in Interlachen, Fla., while the who was arrested was named Disch and resides in Pearl City, Ill. Ms. Disch has the unenviable pleasure of formerly being named Tina Pratt although she never lived in Interlachen, Fla., and has a different date of birth and a Social Security number than the Tina Marie Pratt who was the subject of this warrant. As the attorney for the plaintiff who had the original warrant issued, I felt it was important that you and your readers knew of the improper naming and reporting identified above.
