The Green County Food Pantry would like to send a huge blossom to the young ladies sent by Noel Herbst from Monroe High School for the terrific job they did in helping at the food pantry on their service day to the community. They are to be commended for all their effort and time there. - Maynard Heins, food pantry coordinator.

A blossom to Main Street for the new look downtown. It's fun walking around the Square and looking at all the animals and beautiful milk cans. The only thing missing is the good music that once played on the Square. I hope the problem is fixed soon so tourists who come to this area will again be welcomed by the friendly sound of music. - Carol Rufenacht

Monroe High School sends blossoms to the community of Monroe for opening their doors to the entire staff and student body for our second annual Day of Service. Thank you to all the organizations for their support. We could not have done it without you. We had an amazing day raking, mulching, building gardens, painting, cleaning, scrubbing and picking up garbage. The day truly was an opportunity to give back. - Jennifer Moehn, special education teacher
