We are mainly middle class in the city of Monroe, but everything just keeps rising. Do we see an increase in our pay? No, we don't. Then people wonder why people are stealing, hateful or fighting. It's because they are so stressed out on everything - prices going up on everything, having to pay to have the streets repaired. Where are the people's taxes going?
