If it was just about anyone else, if they tried choking someone as Prosser did Associate Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, they would be charged with felony assault or attempted murder, but instead, he keeps his seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. After reading the June 5 article in The Monroe Times, I don't know whether to give the city a blossom or a barb concerning their proposal for an automated garbage pick up. I will be attending the June 19 meeting which is what my alderman suggested because I thoroughly believe that the people who pick up our garbage are more qualified to pick up garbage at individual houses on a small scale. - La Vern Isely
