I want to give a huge blossom to the lady who picked up and returned my kids' dog "Lucky" a couple of weeks ago. This person picked her up on a very hot day by the Cadiz Township dump. Thanks again for taking good care of Lucky; she means a lot to my girls. - Anita Lawver

A big bouquet of blossoms to Mr. Eugene Strutzenberg, and all veterans. We can only imagine what they have gone through for our freedom. Thank you will never be enough. Without their courage, we would not be free. Would like him and all veterans to know how thankful we all are for them. Thank you for everything! - Anonymous

A barb against those who allow their dog to defecate on the sidewalk or on the grass along the edge of the sidewalk or street, then leave it to bake in the sun and to stink. - Dave Searles

A huge blossom to all who volunteered their time in making the move to our new location (1129 17th Ave.) a huge success in such a short time. The Monroe community is certainly caring and giving of its time, and the food pantry truly does appreciate it. We also would like to thank all who attended the open house and all the food that was donated that day. - The Green County Food Pantry

A blossom to the free-loading, union-thug state, county and municipal employees who go to work every day in this horrible heat, without complaint, for a lot less money than they are used to. Funny, I haven't heard anybody clamoring for your "great" jobs this summer. - Anonymous

A blossom to Pleasant View Nursing Home. Thank you for the excellent care our father, Ernest Beutel Sr. received while he was at Pleasant View. Also thank you for the caring staff on the morning he passed away. -Ernie and Nancy Beutel
