A blossom: It was nice to hear the UW's 5th Quarter band play at Concerts on the Square. They did an excellent job. It is nice that Monroe has Concerts on the Square that people can come and listen for free. I'm sure people attending the concerts have enjoyed them. The Monroe city band also plays at Twining Park during the summer. They had their last concert Monday and did an excellent job.
