From Mary Frantz, MD Monroe We in Green County should be proud of our representative, Tammy Baldwin, who stood up for the middle class in the recent vote. There is no reason for tax breaks for the top 2 percent of earners. This will not create jobs, and will put a greater burden on other taxpayers of more modest means.
