This years spring election will be a little different for me.
Rather than waiting for returns at the Times, tonight Ill be at Green County Courthouse as the returns come in.
Even more different is that Ill be live blogging throughout the night, something Ive never done before. Ill send updates on the local races as the votes come in, and try to provide a little insight into whats going on at the courthouse. It should make for an interesting evening.
So be patient with me as I try this new endeavor to bring the news to you sooner. Check back here as the results come in, and feel free to leave a Reader Comment below.

Everyone in the clerk's office is ready for the returns to come in. It's close to 8 p.m. and the polls throughout the county are just about to close.
Wendy Tschudy brought in cookies to help pass the night along and Doyle is hoping to add a few comments to the blog but I won't let him.
