Seventeen Monroe Wrestling Club wrestlers competed at the Qualifiers recently. Eleven are moving on to the youth state tournament March 27-29 at the Alliant Energy Center.

The eleven who are continuing their quest on the mat includes — Emily Boss, first; Violet Eckdhal, first; Dahlia Ellingson, second; Braxton Boeke, third; Blaine Fletcher, first; Evan Johnson, third; Colton Ladwig, fourth (alternate); Malin McMannes, third; Trace Rowe, first; Wyatt Speer, first; and Dixon Starr, first.

The wrestlers whose season ended includes Xavier Folk, Levi Gerber, Jaxon Gobeli, Briggs Hoesly, Lincoln Myhre and Grayson Wallin.
