The Green County Gators Swim Team attended a Dual Meet with YMCA Dane County (East and West United) on Saturday, February 15th at Lussier Family YMCA - East. The Gators had 28 swimmers attend and had multiple swimmers clock PRs and qualify for state events.

The three 2nd place relays were Girls 9-10 200Y Free Relay: Scarlett Hammon, Elle VanDyke, Joanna Macnack and Olive Akins with 3:12.65, Girls 11-12 200Y Medley Relay: Charlotte Stuessy, Ava Anderson, Stella Rolli and Lauren Kosmosky with 3:04.46 and Boys 8 and Under: Harlan Gasaway, Henry Kuenzi, Everett Ramirez and Dalton Shunk with 1:53.22. The Gators two 3rd place relays were Girls 8 and Under 100Y Free Relay: Espn Martin, Mila Daniels, Mila Daniels and Dawsynn Doran with 1:49.75 and Boys 8 and Under 100Y Free Relay: Henry Kuenzi, Cole Mathews, Harlan Gasaway and Everett Ramirez with 1:46.29. The Gators had two other relays participate: Girls 8 and Under 100Y Medley Relay, Espn Martin, Espn Martin, Dawsynn Doran and Mila Daniels and Girls 9-10 200Y Medley Relay, Elle VanDyke, Olive Akins, Catelyn Austin and Scarlett Hammon.
To help gear up for YMCA Sectionals and YMCA WI State Championship, the Gators will be swimming a fun intersquad meet and having a team dinner on Friday, February 28th. The Gators will travel for YMCA Sectionals March 15th-16th to La Crosse, hosted at the Houser YMCA and for YMCA WI State Championship March 21st-23rd to Brown Deer, hosted at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center.
