Darlington native Alex Erickson recently announced his 8th annual Football Skills Camp will take place on Wednesday, June 18 at Darlington High School. The camp will be from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. for second to fifth graders with registration at 3 p.m. The registration for the camp for sixth to eighth graders will be at 5:30 p.m., with camp taking place from 6 to 8 p.m.
The camp is free for all attendees with a camp t-shirt. Participants should register at buytickets.at/theericksonfoundation.
Erickson was a 2011 graduate of Darlington High School and played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2012 to 2015. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2016. In addition to the Bengals, he has played for the Carolina Panthers, Washington Commanders, Los Angeles Chargers, and New England Patriots. He was signed to the Houston Texans practice squad in January.
