YMCA brings in Midwest Extreme Wrestling Camp

The Green County YMCA will host the Midwest Extreme Wrestling Camp June 15-17 at the YMCA.

The camp is open to fourth graders through high school seniors.

The camp is coached by Luther College assistant wrestling coach Billy Huebner of Decorah, Iowa. Huebner has 16 years of wrestling clinican expereince, ran over 250 clinics across the Midwest and has been a part of nine NCAA trophy teams. The wrestling camp implements the Midwest style of wrestling physically and mentally. The camp helps develop various moves and attitudes for wrestlers.

The wrestling camp focuses on improving techniques including various strategies for movement on the bottom.

The wrestling camp fee is $75 and includes a T-shirt. Registration forms are available at the YMCA. Pre-registration forms are due June 12.
