Lucas McKeon allowed one hit and three walks through 4.2 innings for Pecatonica, striking out seven. By that time the Vikings held a 3-0 lead.
Tannar Johnson took over on the mound for Pecatonica, and Taylor Berg saved the win.
Monticello, trailing 4-0 entering the seventh inning, scored all three of its runs in with just one out left in the game.
With two men on after base on balls, Berg allowed RBI singles to Chris Voegeli and Trae Seffrood before getting a fly-out to end it.
Johnson was 3 for 3, with a pair of RBIs for the Vikings, and teammate Jake Scoville was 2 for 3.
Corey McGowan pitched seven innings for the Ponies just three days after lasting seven against Albany. McGowan allowed eight hits and three walks, two earned runs, and struck out a batter.
Edgerton 6, Brodhead-Juda 5
EDGERTON - The Cardinals chipped away at the Crimson Tide's lead throughout the game before falling in the eighth inning.
Edgerton led 4-2 after three innings and 5-3 after four, but a two-run fifth inning by Brodhead-Juda tied the game at 5.
Tate Harnack went 2 for 4 with a double to lead the Cardinals' charge.
Carson Scheidegger took the loss on the hill for Brodhead-Juda, pitching 7.1 innings, allowing eight hits and eight walks while striking out five.

ARGYLE - Argyle junior Jared Johnson and Alec Treuthardt each drove in two runs and the Orioles beat Albany 7-2.
Treuthardt went 2 for 3 and senior Nate Thomas pitched a complete game and struck out 10.
