Two Brodhead boys net honors

BRODHEAD - Two Brodhead boys basketball players were honored as Rock Valley South All-Conference recently.

Brodhead senior Danny Lewis and sophomore Josiah DeLorme were named second-team all-conference. DeLorme averaged 11.9 points per game to lead the Cardinals. Lewis averaged 10.5 ppg. Brodhead finished the season 5-18 and lost a WIAA Division 3 regional game to Lakeside Lutheran 76-27.

Clinton (17-7, 12-4) won the conference championship for the third straight year. The Cougars are 32-0 in the conference the last three years. Clinton had five all-conference players led by senior Cody Risseeuw who averaged 20.2 ppg.
