SPRING GREEN - Monroe senior Eric Timm finished fifth-place in the Badger South Conference golf tournament Wednesday at the House on the Rock Golf Course in Spring Green.
Timm shot a 78, which earned him all-conference honors for being one of the top seven golfers. Milton's Joe Meyer took first place with a 73.
Madison Edgewood outdistanced Fort Atkinson 313-321 for the team conference championship. Monroe finished fourth as a team (344), 20 shots behind third-place Milton (324).
Monroe junior Matt Miller and sophomore Tanner Thompson each carded an 87. Eric Bush shot a 92 and freshman Nick Baumann finished out of the team's top four with a 93.
