NEW GLARUS - The consistent rain wouldn't stop Sugar River's Kiara Donnell from swimming.
After a 25-minute lightning delay Saturday, Donnell, 12, came back and won the 11-12 year-old girls 50-meter freestyle (35.47 seconds) and the 100 freestyle (1:25.97) at the Heidi Fest meet against the Monroe Area Swimming Team and Belleville.
